We work with all insurance companies to help get your life back together as soon as possible after a disaster. Gold Medal Cleaners are experts specializing in the cleaning of clothing and other textiles. This is all we do, and we do it better than anyone else. We do not attempt to be experts at everything by cleaning your clothing while also repairing and cleaning your home. We are fabric care specialists – period – enabling us to do the best job possible.
In the event of a fire or other disaster, Gold Medal Cleaners will come to your residence to pick up your clothing and other textiles that can be restored. We will determine if any items can not be restored and discuss these with you and your insurance adjuster. We guarantee everything we restore to be returned in at least as good a condition as prior to your loss. If an item can not be fully restored, it is not billed for.
We offer emergency cleaning to get you a week’s worth of clothing back to you within 24 hours. All other clothing can be stored until your repairs and cleaning of your residence is completed, or delivered to a temporary residence (or a combination).
Each item will be labeled as to which room of your house it came from, and after cleaning will be returned to the appropriate room. If you choose to have your items delivered to a temporary residence, all items will still be labeled as to which room of your house they came from.
